Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All of our orders are dispatched worldwide from our warehouse in the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Orders will be shipped the same day if we receive them by 2pm, Monday - Friday, Brisbane time (AEST - no daylight saving). Order received after 2pm will be shipped the next business day. This means orders placed after 2pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

After 2pm AEST orders will be shipped out the next working day. If purchased after 2pm Friday AEST, then orders will be dispatched Monday morning.

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

FREE shipping offered on all orders over $85.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, Startrack or Sendl. Orders under the value of $85 will be charged the standard shipping fee. Orders over the value of $85 will receive free standard shipping.
