Your order will be packaged and shipped from Gold Coast, Australia. All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday 9-5am AEST, excluding public holidays. Orders that are received prior to 2pm AEST will be dispatched the next day.

We currently only offer free shipping on domestic Australian orders over $100.
International order may be subject to additional costs from import duties and taxes. The cost will vary between countries due to their specific requirements. OneMoreRep does not accept the responsibility to cover these charges. These charges are to be paid by the customer. We are happy to refund your item(s) if you are not happy with them and they meet our return policy requirements. However, any items purchased on sale are unable to be returned and refunded. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment used to checkout.

If, on the rare occasion, you receive an incorrect or faulty item please contact us immediately at pushbeyond@onemorerep.online with your order number, name, pictures and detailed description of the product(s). Once this has been verified by our team, we will begin to take the steps needed to rectify the issue. Please always refer to our Returns Policy.
Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery and responsibility is passed onto the courier. If your package has been delayed for an extended period of time, please contact us at pushbeyond@onemorerep.online and we will launch an investigation with the relevant courier. As soon as we receive further information, you will be contacted immediately. In the rare circumstance your package is declared lost (Proof of Delivery cannot be provided), we will either arrange to reship your original order or provide you with a store credit for the value of your order. We understand this can be a frustrating time, but we will be in constant communication with you to have this issue resolved as seamlessly as possible.
There may be a slight fit and feel difference between colours in the same style. During the manufacturing process some dye requires more settling than others. As a result, some products may fit and feel slightly differently to others in the same style and size.
