Shipping & Delivery

All of our orders are dispatched worldwide from our warehouse in the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We offer both domestic and international shipping as per the cost and time estimates below.

Orders will be shipped the next day Monday - Friday, Brisbane time (AEST - no daylight saving). Orders placed Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

 

Australian Shipping

FREE shipping offered on all orders over $99.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post, Startrack or Sendle. Orders under the value of $99 will be charged the standard shipping fee. Orders over the value of $99 will receive free standard shipping.

 

International Shipping

We ship our products worldwide via Australia Post and DHL.

Please note that international packages will need to go through customs. While this process usually takes under 24 hours, occasionally, parcels are chosen randomly for inspection and might be retained for a few days. If the tracking information doesn't change during this period, there's no need to worry; your package will resume its journey shortly, however we are unable to guarantee the delivery date.

International orders may also incur additional costs including import duties and taxes. Customs and import charges are to be paid by the customer and are not the responsibility of OneMoreRep. If you would like to know more please contact your local government office or customs to obtain correct information.
