1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the IWD Giveaway (the "Giveaway") organised by OneMoreRep, FitCover, and GBanger (collectively, the "organisers") in celebration of International Women's Day. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who live in Australia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the organisers, their immediate family members, and individuals involved in any part of the administration and execution of this Giveaway are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway commences on February 26th, 2024, and closes at 11:59 PM on March 31, 2024. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must visit the competition page and complete the entry form. For additional entries, participants may purchase items from the Fundamentals Collection, where each item purchased will grant an additional entry into the Giveaway.

5. Prizes

Two (2) winners will be selected to receive a prize package valued at over $600, including:

• A OneMoreRep Wardrobe valued at $300
• A selection of Nova Jane’s favourites Kit valued at $209
• The entire range from GBanger valued at $99

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The organisers reserve the right to substitute prizes with others of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the organisers on or around April 1, 2024. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

• The organisers reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any problem prevents the Giveaway from being conducted as planned.
• Participants agree to release and hold harmless the organisers and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or damage arising out of participation in this Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

8. Privacy

By participating in the Giveaway, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and prize fulfillment. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Organizers' Privacy Policy. Additionally, participants agree that their personal information may be shared with FitCover and Gbanger for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Disputes

Any dispute arising from the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Queensland, whose decision shall be final and binding.

10. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms on which it may be promoted (e.g., Meta, Tiktok). Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to the organisers and not to the social media platforms.

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements. Furthermore, participants agree to accept the decisions of the organisers as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Giveaway.
